Arrival
We work with an agency whose reception is located in the same building as the penthouse. The reception is open daily until 18:00. Arrivals after 18:00 will receive the keys via a key safe located outside the building.
Barbecue
The penthouse has an electric barbecue to be used in the outdoor area.
Bed linen and towels
Beds are made up with fresh linen and clean towels are provided. For an additional charge, linen and towels can be changed at any time during your stay.
Bicycles
If you bring bicycles, they can be left safely in the building's bicycle storage room.
Cancellation
8 weeks or more before the arrival date, a booking can be cancelled with no penalty. Down payments made will be refunded. Between 4 and 8 weeks before the arrival date, 50% of the rental fee is payable on cancellation. If the booking is cancelled 4 weeks or less before arrival, the full rental fee is due.
Charges
All essential services for your stay are either included in the accommodation price or are specified during the booking process.
Check-in
Check-in is from 16:00 onwards on the day of arrival.
Check-out
Check out is before 10:00 on the day of departure. Depending on availability, a late check-out can be booked, at short notice, for a fee.

Cot and high chair
A cot and high chair can be provided, on request, subject to availability (additional fee applies).
End-of-stay cleaning
The accommodation will be cleaned at the end of the stay. The use of which is obligatory and the costs of which will be charged at the time of booking.
Extra beds
The penthouse can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests. Additional beds cannot be provided. Any over-occupancy will be penalised.
Fireplace
The penthouse has a fireplace. Firewood can be purchased from the local agency.
Interim cleaning
Interim cleaning is not available. The apartment is equipped with a vacuum cleaner and cleaning utensils.
Internet (WLAN)
The accommodation has fibre optic Internet (WLAN). Its use is included in the accommodation price.
Laundry
A washing machine is available in the basement of the building. Its use is free of charge. An iron and ironing board are provided.
Minimum length of stay
The minimum stay is usually 2 to 4 nights depending on the season. The arrival and departure is possible on any day of the week.
Parking
One parking bay is available, free of charge, in the courtyard of the building. A second parking bay can be booked for a fee.
Payment
A 25% down payment of the total booking price is due, via bank transfer, on confirmation of the reservation. The balance of the total price is due at latest 8 weeks prior to arrival and is also payable by bank transfer. If the period between booking and arrival is less than 8 weeks, the total price must be paid immediately. The visitor's tax (Kurtaxe) levied by the municipality is not included in the total price and must be paid on arrival.
Pets
Pets are not allowed. This will be checked on arrival.
Sauna
The penthouse has its own sauna, the use of which is included in the accommodation price. Sauna towels and bathrobes, in various sizes, can be rented from the local agency (additional fees apply). Please bring your own fragrances for infusions.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted. This also applies to cannibis consumption. Any violation of this rule will incur a fine of € 250.
Toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, dish liquid
As is usual with holiday accommodation, the principle of self-catering applies. However, to make your arrival easier, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets and dish liquid are provided as initial equipment. Additional supplies and personal hygiene items must be brought along or purchased on site.
Travel cancellation insurance
To ensure that you are covered for any financial losses incurred in the event of cancellation, for example, due to illness, accident or unemployment, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
TV and radio
The apartment is equipped with a Smart TV. Television reception is via Internet TV. You can also use your streaming subscriptions and TV on-demand services. There is also a radio.
Visitor's tax (Kurtaxe)
The municipality of Sellin levies a visitor's tax (Kurtaxe) on all visitors to the seaside resort. The tax is payable on arrival.
